Guidance that helps youth set academic goals, and explore career interests—without pressure or one size fits all expectations. Additionally, we support children navigating major changes such as divorce, grief, relocation, or family shifts.

Creative practices like visual arts, ceramics, yoga/meditation, and writing are used to help youth express and explore identity, and build resilience in a way that feels natural and affirming. Additionally, spirituality can be integrated when requested by youth and families, offering space for reflection, without judgment or proselytizing.
With their mentor, your child can explore personal interests through a variety of creative methods, including music and art lessons, and somatic art activities.
